Distilled by Hand from 100% Grain and Select Botanicals in Small Batches in a Copper Pot Still.
Hand-made from grain to glass, each numbered batch of Green Hat Gin is crafted step-by-step over a one month period, featuring a clear juniper nose, hints of citrus lightness and coriander spice, a vague recollection of root botanical earthiness, a subtle note of grains of paradise pepperiness, an herbal whisper of celery, and a rewarding complexity. The result is a super-premium gin that excels both in the finest cocktails and with a small cube in the gin-lover’s neat glass.
The most in-demand gin in years!
We sell out every batch!!
I'm a wine guy. That's my thing.
However, over the years I've developed an appreciation for good bourbon. Recently, there has been a boom in small batch, carefully AND lovingly hand made bourbons, whiskeys and gins. You will find all of these exquisite specialty bourbons at our store.
The Koval bourbon is so very good that I would stack it up against ANY bourbon at ANY price. As is our philosophy, we put the quality of the product first - we are less concerned if you buy a product from us - BUT if you do, we guarantee it to be the best we can source. The only way to demonstrate that we care about our customers is to care about the products we offer!
This is the best bourbon I have ever tasted. Smooth, rich and flavorful. Rated HIGHER than Pappy Van Winkle 21 year old
Tucked away in a charred new American oak barrel to age, millet and corn learn to complement each other, neither taking the lead. Out of the bottle, this duet opens with notes of mango chutney, while the millet renders a soft whisper of vanilla throughout. Then harmonizing, the grains sing with the sweetness of apricot custard. This pair finishes with peppery caramel,
Small Batch. Single Barrel. Unfiltered. Heart cut. Organic.
Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey finished in a port barrel. This is veteran master distiller Lincoln Henderson’s newest creation, and it’s a beauty. Richly textured, silky, and well-rounded, with ripe berried fruits, candied tangerine, light toffee, maple syrup, and creamy vanilla, sprinkled with spice (cinnamon, hint of mint). Smooth, silky finish, and dangerously drinkable!
Rated 98, Top 50 Bourbon
Vesica Vodka is produced in Poland from potatoes. Triple distilled then triple filtered including through charcoal (the best traditional vodka filtration) and then put
through a ceramic candling process for further purity.
This is one of the few vodkas made with potatoes - which contrary to popular prejudice (particularly vociferous among Russians for some reason) - is a premium ingredient for vodka. With about 1/3 less yield per kilo and a lot more prep work to ferment and distill, it makes for a difficult and expensive undertaking. Also people who suffer from Celiac's Disease (a genetic intolerance to gluten found in grains) will find this a welcome addition to the kinds of distilled spirits they can drink.
First Impression: A slightly sweet smell to it, slight alkaline notes. Rounder, deeper smells than a grain vodka. No smell of esters or oils; clean, well done distillation.
Taste: Sweet and slightly oily on the tongue, medium body. Crisp bite to it on the edges and middle of your tongue. A slight warming of alcohol as it goes down the throat, with lingering warmth and tingle to the lips. Chilling accentuates the sweetness and body.
Drinks: The martini deadly smooth. A slowly stirred 3 or 4 to 1 Ratio of Vesica to vermouth with a 1-2 dashes of a good bitter and lemon zest yields a wonderfully viscous martini. More plush and heavier feel to a drink than a grain vodka can normally manage.
Final Thoughts: A good value for the money - One of the few potato vodkas out there and one that is damn cheap for the money- many charge at least half again
At $16 for a 750ml this is not only the best vodka have EVER had but the cheapest
If you’re a fan of Crown Royal, XO might just become your new drink of choice. Master Blender Andrew MacKay has chose more than 50 of the best Crown Royal whiskies to put into this ultra-premium Canadian blend. He then finished it in cognac casks from the Limousin Forest in southwest France. The result is a smooth, complex whiskey with tastes of oak, vanilla, and dried cherries on its nose and hints of vanilla, spice, and rich dried fruit on the way down. And the finish is as smooth as you would expect from a top-of-the-line Crown Royal whiskey.
